Coca-Cola India has teamed up with Vodafone Idea Business Services and eBest IoT, to launch state of the art Connected Coolers across the country. The latest IoT enabled Connected Cooler’s fleet will enable Coca-Cola to understand consumer behavior.
Vodafone Super IoT will power the Connected Coolers, which is an industry first solution that enables end to end management of device, application, connectivity, service platform, support, and security. The technology introduced by this collaboration will also benefit Coca Cola’s partners in managing inventory, sales tracking, monitor usage pattern, and track locations. This will result in an increase in sales and an enhanced customer experience.
The IoT solution used to provide intelligent cabinets which will replace the earlier static cabinets. This will ensure customers get the best taste. The IoT enabled cabinets with the help of various sensors to be able to detect temperature, humidity and door closing/opening and help maintain the quality of the bottle of Coke delivered to the customer.
The company has already run a pilot project for the Connected Cabinets successfully and will be launched in a phased manner across the country.
