The app comes with a user-friendly interface for easy operability. Also, it requires permission to access the address book to distinguish between messages from your contacts and those from telemarketers.
Intelligent spam detection engine for SMS is present to assist the subscribers in reporting. You will also receive notifications for actions taken related to your complaint on the App.
In the case of MIUI Phones, permissions will have to be added manually for getting a list of messages from header like XY-AAAA.
The latest TRAI’s MyCall App will allow mobile users to rate their experiences about voice call quality in real time and help TRAI to collect information related to customer experience and network. The app is user-friendly and comes with a rating pop up after the calls which can be configured by you.
